Q: You’re from Phoenix. What is it like getting to play ball in your hometown?
A: It’s like one of the best feelings ever. I mean, you’re playing in front of the hometown, and nothing compares to that. It’s just like you’re playing for your city.
Q: So what’s your biggest transition from high school, to the college game?
A: Definitely the level of play, like how hard the girls hit it, and you know, I transferred in in January, so even just from my previous school, the level was still up higher. I mean it helped me transition to a lot, getting used to the college life and everything.
Q: What are your expectations for yourself and for the team this season?
A: I definitely see myself being one of the starting six for sure, and the team, I see us finishing No. 1 in the Pac-12, for sure.
