In this week’s Center Ice Presented by Speak of the Devils House of Sparky hockey writer Justin Emerson and WCSN color commentator Jayson Chesler take a look back at the weekend against West Chester and ahead to trip to Minot State.

Eric Rivard was the star of the weekend, netting five goals to take the team lead and the power play improved more than even coach greg Powers could have hoped.

This week’s Extra Attacker is former Sun Devil forward Troy Scott, who as part of the Scott-Dave Jantzie-Patrick Yudez fourth line that led the team to the national title, scored the empty-netter in the championship game to seal the win.

Justin and Jayson also break down Minot State, including points-leader forward Jeremy Johnson and how the Beavers will bounce back following the departure of star goalie Wyatt Waselenchuk.
