After postponing the previous two games against Washington State and Washington due to COVID-19 developments, the ASU women’s basketball team has again postponed its next two upcoming games against Oregon State on Friday and No. 10 Oregon on Sunday. The team announced Monday that the Pac-12 will work with these three teams to reschedule both games at mutually agreeable dates.
For ASU, these are the third and fourth straight games to be postponed. After playing its first eight games with no interruptions, the team has now had to postpone five of its last seven games. The Sun Devils last played on January 3, losing to No. 1 Stanford 68-60. After being down 17 early in the first, the Sun Devils cut the deficit to four points before Stanford took over.
ASU’s next scheduled game is on January 22, when the Sun Devils take on Colorado at Desert Financial Arena.
