The Sun Devils have found Chip Lindsey’s replacement
According to AL.com, Alabama wide receiver’s coach Billy Napier is expected to be hired as ASU’s new offensive coordinator.
Napier has been the receiver’s coach at Alabama since 2013 and has helped developed recent standouts like Amari Cooper, Calvin Ridley and ArDarius Stewart. In 2011, he worked as an offensive analyst for the Crimson Tide. The 37-year old has also coached quarterbacks at Colorado State in 2012 and served as the offensive coordinator at Clemson in 2009 and 2010.
Last week, former offensive coordinator Chip Lindsey left Arizona State to accept the same position at Auburn.
