In the last game of the regular season, No. 20 Arizona State (22-8, 11-7) played one of their worst games of the season, losing to the Oregon State Beavers (21-13, 13-5) in Corvallis, 66-43.

The Sun Devils struggled mightily on offense all game long, but in the first half, they only trailed 31-23 heading into the locker room. Redshirt senior Deja Mann led ASU with 10 first half points. Mann ended her day with 13 points and five rebounds.

Oregon State sophomore center Ruth Hamblin was a big presence in the first half, racking up 10 points and a whopping seven blocks. She finished the game with 16 points, eight boards and seven blocks.

In the second half, Oregon State went on a 14-3 run midway through the half to pull away from ASU. The Sun Devils shooting woes came back to haunt them as they shot 17.9 percent from the field in the second half and finished the game shooting 25.9 percent.

Four different Beavers were in double-figures, while the only other double-digit scorer for the Sun Devils was freshman forward Kelsey Moos who had 11 points and nine rebounds.

Normally a strength for the Sun Devils, the bench scoring was nowhere to be found as they were limited to just nine points as a unit.

With the loss, ASU finishes their surprise season in fourth place in the Pac-12 and will play the winner of the USC-Arizona game on Friday, March 7 in Seattle, Wash., to kick off the Pac-12 Tournament.
